The location was great for Saint Paul de Vence, not far from the historic old town of St Paul De Vence, Saint Paul de Vence and the French Riviera...

The decoration at Villa St Maxime was charming and had a cozy feel to it. The general areas, such as the patio and pool, were well-maintained and inviting. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The peaceful location and short walk to the town made it easy for me to explore at my own pace.
It would have been even better if there were more staff available to assist senior guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa St Maxime in Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The hotel was a short walk from the vibrant medieval village, making it perfect for us as active seniors. The peaceful atmosphere and spacious pool were perfect for relaxing. The American host, Ann, was incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all our questions. The property was immaculate and the rooms were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
We do recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, with an easy walk to the historic village and convenient access to public transportation. The hosts, John and Ann, were welcoming, friendly, and treated us like friends.
Breakfast delights could have been better - we wished for top quality fresh bread and viennoiseries to accompany the nicely presented meal.

Had a great time over Easter - loved the amazing views and friendly staff. The complimentary drinks on the terrace every evening were a lovely touch. The pool was huge and kept very clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and a beautiful walled village just a short walk away.
The breakfast could have been better, particularly in terms of taste and quality. It was nicely presented by friendly staff, but we expected a higher standard for the price we paid.

The rooms at Villa St Maxime are absolutely stunning! The double rooms open onto a large, private balcony with an amazing view of St Paul and the valley of the Loup down to the sea. It feels like you're in a dream!
Personally, as a light sleeper, I found the rooms to be a bit noisy at times. But hey, everyone is different and some people might still enjoy the liveliness.
